Mary Kay Baldino

Mary Kay Baldino is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at R1 RCM since July 2021. Previously, Mary Kay held the position of Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Gallagher, where the first Global Talent Acquisition function was established.
