Ashley Stevens

Ashley Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashley began their career at Express Employment Professionals as an Administrative Coordinator, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee training, payroll, and client invoicing. Ashley later took on a role in Business Development, increasing sales and maintaining client accounts.

Ashley then joined Oakridge Landscape Contractors as a Human Resource and Safety Generalist, spearheading the company's Health and Safety program and conducting site safety tours. Ashley also created and maintained policies.

Ashley moved on to Waggware as an IT Recruitment Specialist/HR Generalist, focusing on recruiting talent for the Oracle Utility Stack. Ashley leveraged proven methodologies, accelerators, and technologies to deliver projects for the Retail Energy and Utility industry.

Ashley then joined ACTIVE Network, LLC as an IT Recruiter and later as a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter, working on Activity and Participant Management solutions for global customers.

Ashley continued their career at Aspira, where they started as an Associate Manager, HR, and later became the Senior Manager, Global Talent. Aspira provides connected experiences for the outdoor recreation industry and offers technology and service solutions to government park and conservation agencies.

Most recently, Ashley joined SkipTheDishes as a Functional HR Business Partner, focusing on the tech and product departments of the leading online food delivery marketplace.

Ashley Stevens has a Bachelor's degree in English from McMaster University, which was obtained from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Ashley completed a Diploma in Human Resources at Mohawk College. In 2011, they studied Health and Safety at IAPA. From 2013 to 2014, Ashley pursued a Certification Program in Communications, specializing in Writing for Publication at Mohawk College. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Ashley attended Sheridan College, focusing on French Language and Literature.
