Scott Millward

Scott Millward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Managing Principal at RAC Leadership since October 2020, Scott partners with clients to enhance leadership performance. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Learning and Development at Panera Bread, where Scott transformed the associate experience and led comprehensive training initiatives, and Chief Learning Officer at Farmers Insurance, focusing on agent education. Scott's career also includes significant positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Fox Networks Group, and Health Net, where responsibilities encompassed organization development, change management, and talent management. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Southern California, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Intercultural Communication and Legal Studies, respectively.
