Sheriff Ameen

Sheriff Ameen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting from 2012, Ameen worked as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc., where they assisted customers and promoted sales. In 2013, they became a Sales Advisor at H&M, where they focused on customer relationships and store administration. Ameen then interned at EXR in 2015, managing online marketing deliverables and assisting with administrative tasks. Later that year, they interned as a Branding Intern at Roc Nation, conducting research and developing partnership proposals.

In 2016, Ameen worked as a Procurement Assistant at Coty, collaborating with third-party manufacturers and regional managers. Sheriff then joined AST in 2017, taking on various roles including Voluntary Actions Associate and Administrative Assistant for Capital Markets, involving tasks such as warrant exercise analysis and administrative support.

In 2018, Ameen enrolled in the Pursuit Android Development Fellowship, a highly selective program funded by Google. Graduating in 2019, they gained proficiency in Java, Android SDK, REST APIs, and other technical skills. Ameen then transitioned to Ergatta as an Android Developer, where they worked until 2022. Since 2023, they have been an Android Developer at Rachio.

Sheriff Ameen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from CUNY York College, completing their education between the years 2012 and 2016.
