Melanie Schreiber

Melanie Schreiber (geb. Lietz) currently serves as a Professional Services Project Manager at Rackspace Technology since January 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at Jefferson Frank as a Principal Recruitment Consultant from April 2021 to September 2023 and held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Eurostaff - Connecting Europe™ from April 2016 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes a consulting internship at KPMG and an internship in operational human resources at Daimler AG. Melanie earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wirtschaftspsychologie from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychologie from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Angewandte Psychologie at TU Dortmund University.
