Eva Cermakova

Eva Cermakova is a Senior HR & Organizational Development Manager at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, specializing in people management and HR processes across 11 countries. With experience as a Project Manager at PRO-BIO LIGA, Eva led projects promoting organic agriculture and served as a freelancer in various HR roles. Previous positions include Head of HR at Economia, and Head of HR Middle Europe at Sun Microsystems, along with significant leadership roles at Mercer and Motorola Czech Republic. Eva holds a Master’s degree from Charles University.
