Chris Joy

Chris Joy's work experience includes a role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Radio Systems Corporation starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Hanesbrands Inc. from June 2018 to June 2022. Chris also served as a Graduate Student in Business Analytics at Wake Forest University from July 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Teacher/Coach at Cedar Ridge High School from June 2013 to June 2017. Chris also was the Head Baseball Coach (JV) at Carrboro High School from August 2012 to June 2013, where they managed a 15-person team and implemented effective strategies to improve team performance. In addition, they worked as an HHMI - FT Intern at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from May 2012 to August 2012.

Chris Joy completed their Master of Science in Business Analytics from Wake Forest University School of Business, which they attended from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Chris obtained a certification in Optimization Concepts for Data Science from SAS in June 2020.
