Lynette Isenhower

Lynette Isenhower has extensive work experience in the legal and corporate governance fields. Lynette worked as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Dentons from February 2018 to October 2022, where they handled corporate governance for numerous entities and managed mergers and acquisitions. Before that, they worked at Terracon as a Merger & Acquisition Analyst from August 2016 to January 2018, where they researched potential acquisition targets and conducted company analyses. Prior to that, they had a long career at H&R Block, starting as a Corporate Paralegal/Contract Analyst/Acquisition Manager in January 1989 and working there until August 2016. At H&R Block, they were responsible for identifying and researching potential acquisition targets and maintaining due diligence documents. Most recently, they joined Radiology Partners in September 2022 as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. Additionally, in 2007, they worked as a Fitness Trainer at Legacy Parks and Recreation.

Lynette Isenhower holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Management from Park University. Lynette also obtained an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from the same institution.
