James Willmore has a diverse work experience in various roles within the financial industry. James is currently working as the Head of Collections at Radius. Prior to this, they were a Customer Experience Manager at M&G plc, where they led a Customer Vulnerability Programme and also worked as a business lead for customer centricity. Before that, they worked as the Head of Customer Engagement at Oodle Car Finance and as the Operations Manager at Billing Finance Ltd. James also has experience as an Operations Manager at TSYS Managed Services EMEA and Link Financial Outsourcing. Additionally, they worked at MotoNovo Finance as a Collections & Recoveries Manager. James has been in the industry for many years, starting their career as a Telephone Debt Negotiator at dlc Hillesden Securities Limited and progressing to become an Outsourcing Manager and Team Senior at the same company.

James Willmore attended Magdalen College School from 1999 to 2004 and obtained a diploma in Credit Services Association (CSA) for Debt Collection Industry from the University of Warwick in 2011. James also holds certifications in various areas such as Suicide Awareness Training, Consumer Vulnerability in Later Life, Vulnerability Champion, Gold Member, Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) Expert, and Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI).
