Vice President - Metals Operations (west) at Radius Recycling

Ed Woodrow has extensive work experience in the metals industry. Ed currently holds the role of Vice President - Metals Operations (West) at Radius Recycling, where they are responsible for overseeing the operations and results of all the company's metals recycling facilities and terminal facilities in several states and provinces. Prior to their current role, they worked at Primetals Technologies as a Principal Engineer and later as the Head of Sales, Steelmaking & Mini Mills (Long Rolling). At EVRAZ North America, they served as the Senior Vice President - Canadian Operations, responsible for the company's Canadian manufacturing locations. Ed also held various Vice President roles at Gerdau Long Steel North America, where they managed multiple steel plants and achieved improvements in key metrics. Earlier in their career, they worked at Gerdau Ameristeel as the Rolling Mill Manager for the Jacksonville Steel Mill and at Primetals Technologies as a Design/Commissioning Engineer. Ed Woodrow gained leadership experience as a First Lieutenant in the US Army.

Ed Woodrow earned a High School Diploma in College Prep from Saint John's High School in 1985. Ed then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1989. In 2009, they completed their education by earning an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
