Joel P.

Joel P. currently serves as Africa Advisor at EStars and Chair of the IoD Africa Group, which promotes business networking and awareness of British enterprises across Africa. In addition to involvement with EMMS International and the Rate Your Leader initiative, Joel P. is a Board of Trustees member at DSKAFOS, focusing on connecting the maritime value chain within the blue economy. Previous experience includes a directorial role at AACLE LTD and membership in esteemed organizations such as the International Institute for Strategic Studies and Chatham House. Joel P. is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Global Business at the University of Oxford and has completed an Executive Leadership Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School and Saïd Business School, along with a Master's in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
