John Crippa

John Crippa has held various roles in the past 8 years. In 2014, they began as a Service Delivery Manager at Jimmy John's, where they managed delivery drivers, worked cross-functionally, and interacted with customers. In 2018, they began working at Aerotek as an Engineering and Architecture Recruiter. That same year, they also began working at Rancher Labs as a Senior Business Development Representative & CSM. In 2019, they took on the role of Assistant Head Hockey Coach at San Jose Jr Sharks 18U AAA. In 2020, they began working at SUSE as a Customer Success Manager- Strategic Accounts, where they served as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, drove adoption, and developed and executed ongoing account plans and deadlines. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Rafay.

John Crippa graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2023, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
