Judith Ndunge

Judith Ndunge has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Judith is currently the Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Rafiki Microfinance Bank. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at SOBETRA from May to September 2021. In 2020, they served as a Human Resources Consultant, where they developed various HR programs and provided coaching to professionals.

Prior to that, Judith held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Jacaranda Hotels Kenya from January 2018 to October 2020. During their tenure, they implemented organizational development programs, conducted manpower planning, and introduced an effective onboarding process.

Before joining Jacaranda Hotels, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham from July 2015 to December 2017. Their responsibilities included leading a culture change program, implementing performance management tools, and conducting recruitment and selection processes.

Judith's earlier experiences include working as a Human Resources Manager at Weshouse Hotel from December 2014 to June 2015, and as a Human Resource Coordinator at Sun Africa Hotels from April 2012 to October 2014.

Judith Ndunge's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled in Kenyatta University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Judith completed their degree in 2011.
