Joel Anderson

Joel Anderson is an experienced Human Resources Specialist at Rahr Corporation since April 2022, where responsibilities include developing people analytics dashboards in Power BI and integrating HRIS and LMS data sets. Previously, Joel served as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Bernard Group, Inc., processing new hires and addressing employee inquiries. Prior to that, Joel worked as a Project Attorney at Robins Kaplan LLP, conducting quality control reviews and creating document searches, as well as an Associate Attorney at Wilson Law Group Minneapolis, managing deadlines and consultations. Joel's experience in the legal field also includes a role as an Attorney at Anderson Immigration Law, LLC, handling administrative duties and preparing complex immigration petitions. Joel holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College.
