Destan Mulaj has a diverse background in various roles including university lecturer, project coordinator, reconstruction expert, director, teacher, and currently serves as a Lending Excellence and Digital Transformation Product Owner at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova. At the United Nations, Destan worked as a Project Engineer and Regional Project Coordinator. Throughout Destan's career, responsibilities have included handling lending products, ESG strategy, project finance, real estate finance, and digitalization.
