Kadi Tuum

Kadi Tuum currently serves as a Program Manager at Rail Baltic Estonia since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kadi worked at the Estonian Transport Administration as a Leading Construction Engineer and Project Manager from September 2019 to May 2023. Kadi's earlier experience includes a position as a Site Manager at Nordecon AS from April 2011 to June 2019. Kadi holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Road Construction and Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, obtained between 2008 and 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tartu, completed in 2020. Kadi's educational foundation was established at Tallinna Reaalkool, where secondary education was completed in 2008.
