Eric Valk

Eric Valk is an experienced Delivery Manager at Rail Delivery Group since March 2018, leading significant projects such as the migration to a national Central Back Office for Smart Ticketing and the deployment of Flexi Season Tickets. As the Owner and Director of Vademecum Partners Ltd since 2010, Eric specializes in project, programme, and business change management. Previous roles include Project Manager at the Department for Education, Project Manager for RSA's technical modelling initiatives, and Project Manager for a Maximo implementation at Virgin Trains East Coast and Vetasi Limited. Eric has a strong background in transformational IT projects, having worked with BG Group and BP on large-scale initiatives. Eric holds a Drs. degree in Economics, History, Law, and English from the University of Groningen.
