ILARIA MARTELLO is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, selection, and employee training. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Rail Traction Company Spa since March 2015, ILARIA has earlier held positions as HR Specialist and HR Generalist at Gruppo Industriale Tosoni from April 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the selection process and managing corporate training programs.
