Chris Knowles has extensive work experience in the field of network performance management. Chris started their career at MCI Corporation in 1996 as a Senior Engineer III, where they were involved in designing and implementing Concord eHealth network performance management solutions. Chris also created automated provisioning platforms by integrating internal systems with the eHealth solution. Chris worked at MCI Corporation until 2005.
In 2005, Chris joined Concord Communications as a Professional Services provider for a brief period.
The same year, they also joined CA Technologies as a Senior Platform Administrator for ASP Managed Services. Chris worked at CA Technologies for six years until 2011.
Chris then joined Verizon Business in 2011 as a Specialist in Performance Analysis and Network Analysis. Chris worked in this role for a year before moving on to Railinc in 2012.
Currently, Chris is working at Railinc as a Senior Enterprise Monitoring Engineer.
Chris Knowles attended North Carolina State University from 1988 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Incident Responder from PagerDuty in April 2021.
