Gaurav C. has had a successful career in the food and beverage industry, beginning in 2009 when they joined Taj Hotels as Group Executive Chef as part of the Taj Management Trainee Program Kitchen. In 2021, they moved to Voosh as Director of Culinary Operations, where they were responsible for Kitchen & Concepts Brands R&D. In 2022, Gaurav joined Railofy as Vice President Food & Beverage, Mukunda Foods Pvt. Ltd. as VP - Culinary, Building Kitchens & Concepts, and Zomato as Building Hyperpure Kitchen & Concepts.

Gaurav C. obtained a Masters degree in Culinary Arts & Business from Le Cordon Bleu Paris between 2007 and 2009. In August 2020, they earned a Manager Food Safety Certification from Alison.
