Deborah Taylor

Deborah Taylor is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Railsr since December 2020, Deborah previously worked as a Human Resources Officer at Wirecard and as HR Manager at MILLIGANS RETAIL LTD, overseeing the employee lifecycle for approximately 110 employees. With a long tenure at Jurys Inn Hotel Group, Deborah held multiple positions including Employee Engagement Manager and Employee Relations Manager, where responsibilities included managing employee engagement initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Deborah holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
