Kayla Parschauer

Kayla Parschauer has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kayla began their career as a Residential Counselor at Alternative Behavioral Treatment Centers, where they provided direct care and support to youth. Kayla then moved on to Sheridan Shores Care & Rehab, where they worked as the Director of Marketing and the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Coordinator. In these roles, they developed relationships with residents and families, coordinated care plans, and conducted assessments.

Afterwards, Kayla joined Sunrise Senior Living as the Director of Community Relations at two different locations. Here, they introduced the concept of care and services to potential residents and their families, organized marketing events, and built relationships with medical professionals and community organizations to generate new business for the facilities.

Kayla then worked at VITAS Healthcare, initially as a VITAS Representative, where they established relationships with hospitals and physician offices, resulting in new business for the company. Later, they became the Home Health Representative for the Chicagoland Northwest Region, where they continued to represent VITAS and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
