Jj Refling

JJ Refling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2008 as an intern for Obama for America, JJ went on to work as a White House intern and a legislative intern for Senator Jon Tester. In 2011, JJ served as a Summer Fellow for New Sector Alliance before transitioning to a Business Analyst role at Accenture in 2012. From 2013 to 2018, JJ worked at Google as a Product Operations Manager and later as an Incubation Program Manager. In 2018, JJ joined the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford as a Launchpad Founder and also worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Meta. JJ then moved on to Stripe in 2020, where they held positions as a Product Operations Manager and later as part of the Strategy & Operations team for Stripe Connect. Currently, JJ works at Rainforest as the Senior Director of Business Operations & Strategy since February 2023.

JJ Refling has a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
