Jan Nadal has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Jan recently worked as the Strategic Partnership Lead at Rainmaker Games, where they established connections and fostered partnerships with various communities, VCs, and brands. Jan also ensured that all connected games met the criteria for the RMG Portal. Prior to that, they were the Community Growth Lead at Rainmaker Games and played a key role in the company's growth.

Jan Nadal started their career at ABS CBN as the Product Manager for WarRock, the first online MMO-FPS game in the Philippines. Jan played a critical role in the game's success by overseeing community growth, game development, and hosting various online and ground events. Jan also organized the JBlaze Cup, the first-ever 1 million peso national tournament.

Prior to joining the gaming industry, Jan Nadal worked as a Network Gaming Head for PT&T, where they installed and organized gaming events for all deployed games. Jan successfully hosted the first-ever WAN Gaming event called Battlepalooza.

Jan Nadal began their professional career as a Stockbroker at All Asia Securities.

Jan Nadal attended La Salle Greenhills from 1986 to 1990, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during this period. After completing high school, they enrolled at De La Salle University from 1990 to 1994.
