Nancy Kaj

Nancy Kaj has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nancy recently joined Raise for Good as an Operations Associate/Executive Assistant. Previously, they worked at Love's hangover LLC, where they focused on marketing and international acquisitions.

Nancy also has experience at Apple, where they held various roles such as Account Receivable Specialist, Order Support Specialist, and Customer Service Support Specialist. In these positions, they provided exceptional phone support to customers, advised them on product selection, and stayed up-to-date on product features and technology changes.

Nancy also worked as a Data Analyst at Apex Systems, responsible for curating and analyzing data for a mapping application. Additionally, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Indiana State University and held a Direct Support Associate role at Mosaic, where they trained and assisted clients in activities of daily living.

Prior to that, Nancy worked at Indiana State University as a Telecounselor, Arts/Dance Instructor, and Receptionist. Nancy also interned as a Restoration Biologist at the Indiana Division of Fish & Wildlife and served as an Eco rep at ICS/Indiana State University.

Nancy Kaj completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Indiana State University, attending from 2011 to 2015. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Career Certificate in Culinary Arts and Related Services at Ivy Tech Community College-Central Indiana. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2010, Nancy obtained a Diplome d'etat in Commercial administrative from G.S Les Battants. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Quickbooks Online certification from Intuit QuickBooks Training by Real World Training in January 2023. Nancy also acquired Excel training from the International Open Academy in July 2021, TESOL certification from the same institution in April 2021, and ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association in November 2016.
