Rami Toivola

Rami Toivola has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Service Desk Specialist at Isoworks Oy until 2011. Rami then became an Onsite Support Team Leader at Isoworks Oy for a few months in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Rami was a Technical Project Manager at Fujitsu. Rami later took on the role of Global Onsite Operations Manager at Fujitsu from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for forming contracts with suppliers, managing service levels, and overseeing service delivery and lifecycle. From 2015 to 2019, Rami held positions as a Project/Program/Development/System Manager and Technical Service Manager at Fujitsu. During this time, they also served as a Business Analyst, Project Portfolio Manager, and Agile & SAFe champion. From 2019 to 2020, Rami worked as a Business Analyst, Project Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, and Agile & SAFe champion at Fujitsu. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Project & Development Portfolio Manager and Agile & SAFe champion. In 2021, Rami served as an SAFe & Agile Coach, Project Lead, and Development Portfolio Manager at Fujitsu. Rami also worked as a DJ Service Manager at Rajupaja Oy in 2018 and as an Event Responsible at Utopia Club Turku in 2021.

Rami Toivola began their education at Turku Vocational Institute from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a vocational qualification in business information technology, specializing in the field of data. Rami has also earned several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2019, Rami became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2022, they further enhanced their skills by becoming a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, also through Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, Rami has obtained certifications such as Prince2 Foundation from APMG in 2015, ITIL 2011 Foundation from APMG-International in 2014, and participated in the Microsoft Partner Cloud Week organized by Microsoft in June 2022. Rami also achieved an Advanced EFSET score of 64/100 on the EF Standardized English test conducted by EF Education First in May 2017.
