Heba Mousa

Heba Mousa has a diverse work experience spanning various legal and managerial roles. Heba currently serves as the Head of Legal & Company Secretary at RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC) Government of Ras Al Khaimah since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Associate Governance & Data Privacy Lead at Air Liquide from July 2021 to August 2023. Heba also gained experience at Uber as a Senior Legal Specialist from October 2019 to June 2021 and at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior Paralegal from May 2018 to October 2019. In their earlier career, they worked at Al Qattara Investments LLC as a Paralegal from December 2013 to April 2018, at Waha Capital as an Executive Legal Officer from February 2011 to February 2013, at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank as a Legal Officer from October 2006 to February 2011, and at Dornier Consulting as an Office Manager from October 2005 to October 2006.

Heba Mousa completed their Masters of Law in Sustainability & International Law from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management & Information Systems from Abu Dhabi University in 2012. Heba also completed a higher diploma in Management Information Systems, General from Liwa College from 2002 to 2004. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Law and is expected to graduate from BARBRI of Colorado with a BAR Association degree in 2023.
