Leadership Team

About

The current leadership team at Rakuten has a history of experience in various corporations and organizations, as well as a variety of educational backgrounds. The team is lead by an Executive Vice President, who formerly worked at Rakuten Securities, Inc., and a Section Chief from Nomura Securities. The team also includes the founder of MAK Corporation, as well as the Executive Chairman and Vice President of AdRoll KK and AdRoll Global. Additionally, the Country Managing Director for Japan at Google is also on the team, as well as the Founder & CEO of I am inc. and VP of SRE for Search, Assistant, Ads, Geo, Commerce, Payments and NBU at Google. Finally, the team is completed with a Sr. Development Lead from Microsoft and CTO of Rakuten Fast Mobile Search, as well as the Chief Solution Architect from Fast Search & Transfer.
