Ann Gibbons Houston

Ann Gibbons Houston has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Ann began their career in 1995 at Pfizer, where they held the roles of Global Project Management and Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism. In 2006, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a BioPharma Project Manager. In 2014, they moved to Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Director Research Strategy & Portfolio Operations. In 2018, they joined Inozyme Pharma as Vice President Program Management. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Rallybio as Senior Vice President, Head of External Research & Innovation.

Ann Gibbons Houston attended Providence College from 1988-1992, where they earned a BS/BA in Biology/Chemistry. Ann then attended Wesleyan University from 1992-1995, where they earned a MA in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry.
