Bethany Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies.

In 2005, they began their career at Gibbs Gage Architects as an IT Network Analyst, where they provided IT support to over 100 employees, troubleshooted user problems, programmed and troubleshooted office phones, and trained new employees.

From 2011 to 2014, Bethany worked as an IT Desktop Analyst at NuVista Energy Ltd., where they provided desktop support services.

In 2014, they joined Marcato as an Implementation Specialist, setting up client accounts, providing support, and ensuring timely completion of requests. Bethany also managed customer support as a Customer Satisfaction Manager, overseeing the support team, strategizing and implementing processes for customer satisfaction, and managing renewal and churn tracking.

At Patron Technology, Bethany served as a Client Success and Project Manager from 2018 to 2020, and as a Senior Implementation Specialist from 2020 to 2022. Their responsibilities included setting up new accounts, providing training and support, creating support documentation, tracking client issues, scoping projects for feature enhancements, and managing the renewal process.

Currently, Bethany works at Spellbook as a Senior Customer Success Manager since 2021.
