Elizabeth Meyers

Elizabeth Meyers has a diverse work experience in education and volunteering. Elizabeth most recently worked as a Theatre Teacher and Director at Ralston Public Schools starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Teacher and Musical Director at Westside Community Schools from 2012 to 2021. From 2007 to 2012, they served as a Teacher and Cheer Coach at Stuart M Beville Middle School. Elizabeth also has experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 2004 to 2006.

Elizabeth Meyers received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Theatre from the University of Iowa, graduating in 2004. Later, in 2007, they attended The Catholic University of America for Teacher Education and Professional Development in Specific Subject Areas. Elizabeth furthered their education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on Teacher Education and Professional Development in Specific Subject Areas. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Nebraska Wesleyan University from 2018 to 2020.
