Lies Chartier

Lies Chartier has a strong background in development research and prospect management. Lies has experience working in multiple organizations, such as Ramapo College of New Jersey, Environmental Defense Fund, The New School, and Montclair State University. As the Director of Prospect Research at Ramapo College, Lies successfully increased major and planned gifts, supported a comprehensive capital campaign, and provided research for a new Learning Commons. At Environmental Defense Fund, they managed the research department and conducted in-depth research on major gift donors. Lies also worked as a Senior Research Associate at The New School, where they prepared profiles on major gift prospects and identified prospects for programmatic and scholarship support. As the Director of Development Research at Montclair State University, Lies set up and oversaw a comprehensive research office, providing prospect profiles and cultivation strategies for development officers.

Lies Chartier has an MBA degree in Marketing/International Business from NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to that, Lies obtained a BA degree in French from Tufts University. Additionally, Lies studied abroad in Paris, France through IES Abroad.
