Andrew Maksymowich

Andrew Maksymowich, KMP has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Tap Instructor at Melinda's School of Dance. Andrew later worked as a Student Worker at the Student Activities Office at Mansfield University from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they also became a Zumba Fitness Instructor at Mansfield University and concurrently held the role of Student Manager of the Mountie Chalet. From 2007 to 2010, Andrew worked as a Dancer at Sesame Place, where they later became an Abby's Paradise Theater Stage Manager and then an Entertainment Venues Supervisor. In 2013, they joined Walt Disney World where they held several roles including Entertainment Guest Service Manager Intern, Production Assistant, Entertainment Guest Service Manager, Entertainment and Disney Photo Imaging Manager, and Event Stage Manager. Andrew then joined Ramsey Solutions in 2018 as a Project Manager, where their responsibilities included driving clarity, coaching teams in Kanban, and analyzing workflow data. Andrew was later promoted to the role of Project Manager Team Lead for Ramsey+ Retention. In 2022, they became the Associate Director of Project Management for Ramsey+, where they lead and develops project managers and assists in developing business and product strategies.

Andrew Maksymowich, KMP has a B.S. degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Music from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Andrew also holds a High School Diploma from Council Rock High School South. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Kanban Management Professional from Kanban University in 2020.
