Santosh Dalai

Santosh Dalai is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at RAMTeCH Software Solutions since November 2021, Santosh focuses on leveraging people analytics to support decision-making related to attrition, retention, and talent management for a workforce of over 2000 employees. Prior roles include Senior Executive Human Resources at Adaptive Software Solutions Limited from March 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included recruitment and HR operations, and Human Resources Executive at RAMTeCH Software Solutions from June 2012 to February 2019.
