Natalie Burton

Natalie Burton has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resource management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America and Latin America at Zendesk. Prior roles include Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Atlas Research and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. Additionally, Natalie has held positions such as Senior Manager of Resource Management at T-Rex Solutions, LLC, and has contributed to Booz Allen Hamilton in various leadership roles, including Women's Agenda Program Leader, Recruiting Solutions Architect, and Recruiting Technology Manager. Natalie Burton holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Premed focus from Xavier University of Louisiana, completed from 1992 to 1996, and attended Avondale High School from 1990 to 1992.
