Kerrie Cullen FCPA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Finance & Operations Manager at RAND since October 2025, Kerrie previously held the position of Program Finance Manager at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, focusing on financial management for the STEPS Program.
