Christopher Allen

Christopher Allen has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Christopher currently holds the position of Director, Talent Partners at Randall Reilly, where they help clients build and enhance relationships with their customers while providing insights on market and buyer behaviors. Prior to this, Christopher worked as a Senior Manager - Client Services at AMS, where they oversaw client services in the Americas. Christopher also worked at Seven Step RPO, where they held various roles including Director, Client Services and Senior Manager, Operations. Additionally, they worked as a Staffing Consultant at Cunney and Jospe Staffing, where they focused on agency recruiting and providing top-notch service to both candidates and client companies.

Christopher Allen received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Boston University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Christopher also holds a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Seven Step RPO.
