Jenny Parks

Jenny Parks currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to the County Manager for Randolph County, a position held since January 2023. In addition, Jenny holds the role of Executive Co-Director for the Miss North Carolina Organization, starting in December 2023, and previously directed the Miss Randolph County Scholarship Pageant from 2015 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Jenny was the Department Head for Randolph Soil & Water at Randolph County for 27 years and served as Executive Director of the Miss Randolph County Scholarship Pageant from October 2013 to June 2021. Jenny holds an Associate's degree in Medical Office Technology from Guilford Technical Community College.
