Ewa Janikowska has a diverse work experience in sales and international sales roles. Ewa started their career in 2003 as a Sales Representative at PoLab, where they were responsible for selling disposable labware and other items for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and research laboratories. Ewa worked at PoLab until December 2007. In 2008, they joined Medan/DiaSys Diagnostics Systems as a Sales Representative and stayed with the company until January 2017. During this time, they gained experience in sales for diagnostic systems. In 2017, they joined Randox as an International Sales Executive and later became the International Sales Team Leader, where they supervised key accounts for DIAGNOSTYKA S.A. Currently, they are still working at Randox in a leadership role.
Ewa Janikowska started their education in 1998 at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Biocatalysis. Ewa completed their studies in 2003. During their time at the university, from 2001 to 2003, they also conducted research and graduation work at the Department of Microbiology in the Wroclaw Medical University. Following their studies in science and technology, Ewa Janikowska furthered their education by enrolling in a postgraduate program at the Wrocław University of Economics. In 2004, they obtained a postgraduate degree in Quality Management.
