Luis Enrique Juvinao Navarro

Luis Enrique Juvinao Navarro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in peace operations, risk management, and human rights. Currently serving as a CRSV Specialist at UN Women since July 2023, Luis has also been a Norwegian Capacity (NORCAP) Roster Member, Protection Expert for UN Peace Operations, and RANE Risk Practitioner. Previous roles include Coordinator of Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Arrangements on CRSV with the United Nations, and Human Rights Officer where responsibilities included reporting on security and political situations. Luis has contributed to Jane's Intelligence Review and Global Risk Insights, and served as a Policy Adviser at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, advising on international agreements and regional forums. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Geopolitics from King's College London and a Master's in Law and Trade from the University of Bologna, complemented by a BA in Law from Universidad del Rosario.
