Nicoleta Moț has worked in various roles in different companies since 2008. Nicoleta started their career as a Graphic Illustrator at StampExpert in 2008. In 2015, they joined Wexa Logistic as a Transport Coordinator. Since 2018, they have been working at rankingCoach GmbH as a Help Desk Support Specialist and Support Developer.

Nicoleta Moț completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad in 2009.
