Xavon Crawford

Xavon Crawford's work experience begins with their role as a Field Radio Technician and Team Lead in the United States Marine Corps from August 2015 to July 2019. During this time, they were deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and led and managed a team in various projects.

Afterward, Xavon joined Intel Corporation as an Equipment Technician in the CMP department from July 2019 to April 2021. Xavon was responsible for balancing tool availability based on area WIP, maintaining and troubleshooting capital equipment, and achieving high equipment availability.

In 2021, Xavon worked as a Field Service Engineer at Entrepix, specializing in CMP semiconductor equipment. Xavon performed installations, preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment, including Applied Materials and Entrepix models.

Next, they joined TSMC as a Senior Equipment Technician in Lithography from May 2022 to May 2023. In this role, they handled projects involving equipment installation, suppliers, OEMs, and safety coordination. Additionally, Xavon conducted 300mm preventative and corrective maintenance.

Currently, Xavon holds the position of Field Service Engineer II at Rapid Micro Biosystems, starting in May 2023. Further information about their role is not provided.

From 2023 to 2026, Xavon attended Maricopa Community Colleges and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

In 2015 and 2016, Xavon attended Marine Corps Communications Electronics School, where they completed a Tech Grad program in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

Additionally, Xavon obtained several certifications, including NFPA 70E and Lock Out Tag Out from ECP Solutions in April 2023, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in March 2023, Foundations of Project Management from Google in March 2023, and Initiating and Planning Projects from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in March 2023.

In February 2023, Xavon completed the Tokyo Electron Lithius Pro Z Maintenance and Troubleshooting 1 course offered by Tokyo Electron US. In September 2022, they completed the Tokyo Electron Lithius Pro Z Advanced Course, the Tokyo Electron Lithius Pro Z Basic Operations Course, and the Wafer Intelligent Scanner (WIS) Course, all provided by TOKYO ELECTRON LIMITED.

Lastly, in January 2019, Xavon obtained an Insurance Agent license for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the State of Arizona.
