Becky (Anzalone) Klassen has a strong background in customer success and account management. Becky started their career at Forrester Research in 2008, where they held various roles including Senior Account Development Manager and Account Development Manager. Their responsibilities included developing and managing relationships with clients, promoting customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering products and services that aligned with clients' objectives. In 2014, they joined Rapid7 as the Account Manager for West Central & Canada. Over the years, Becky has progressed within Rapid7, holding roles such as Team Lead, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and currently as the Senior Director of Customer Success. With their extensive experience and expertise in customer success, Becky has consistently demonstrated their ability to cultivate strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.
