Karen Rentschler

Karen (Sivret) Rentschler has extensive experience in benefits and compensation management. Karen currently holds the position of Senior Benefits Manager at Rapid7, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Rapid7 from September 2018 to February 2022.

Karen's previous work experience includes serving as the Total Rewards Manager at Abiomed from June 2017 to August 2018. Before that, they worked at OMAM (Old Mutual Asset Management) for nearly a decade, starting as a Senior Benefits Analyst from July 2008 to November 2011, and then transitioning to the role of Compensation Analyst from November 2011 to June 2017.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked as a Benefits Analyst at The Timberland Company from April 2004 to July 2008 and as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Tyco International from August 2000 to April 2004.

Furthermore, they served as a Client Service Manager at Fidelity Investments from July 1995 to August 2000. Karen began their professional journey as a Senior Benefits Administrator at Bolt Beranek and Newman Inc., where they worked from October 1989 to July 1995.

Karen (Sivret) Rentschler holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work, which was completed before 2017. In addition to this certification, Karen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of New Hampshire system, College for Lifelong Learning, during the years 1999 to 2003.
