Overview: The New Healthcare Market Development VP is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the expansion and growth of our healthcare services and technologies into new markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategies to penetrate and establish our presence in emerging healthcare segments and geographic regions.

What you will do:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for expansion.Develop and refine market entry strategies, considering regulatory, competitive, and economic factors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals and capabilities. Business Development Support and Partnership Establishment:- Support initiatives to establish partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, institutions, and government agencies. Drive negotiations and establish contractual agreements that facilitate market entry and growth. New Product/Service Launch:- Work closely with product development teams to conceptualize and launch healthcare services tailored to specific market needs.Oversee the development of marketing and promotional strategies to introduce new offerings effectively. Strategic Planning and Execution:- Develop long-term strategic plans and short-term tactical plans to achieve market penetration and revenue growth targets.Monitor and assess market performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary. Leadership and Team Management:- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the market development team.
  • Note- This position does not have direct reports.

What you bring:

  • Education: A master's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. A background in healthcare economics or public health could be beneficial.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare market development, business development, or strategic planning, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Relationship Management: Proven track record in building and maintaining partnerships and alliances within the healthcare industry.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
