Roles and responsibilities
Help define our Apps roadmap: Plan and implement the roadmap for our iOS, Android and Web Apps.
Document user needs: Develop and maintain a clear backlog of features that address user needs, including personas and requirements.
Ship product: manage the entire process of prioritizing user needs, defining requirements & product experience, and releasing to hospitals around the world.
Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, regulatory, commercialization and other product product managers.
Develop a point of view: Collect, analyze and communicate competitive information; develop market intelligence and identify opportunities to innovate.
Storytelling: Tell the story of the Apps and what we want to do, for whom, and why. Communicate internally to executives and the wider company, and externally to customers. Obsess over good communication so the team feels inspired and excited about our Apps.
Ruthlessly prioritize: Identify product opportunities that solve the right value for our customers at the right time, aligned with our company strategy and goals.
Commercialize: Help develop sales and marketing material to communicate, position, and promote the value proposition of the Apps and features you’re releasing to market
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on native mobile app development
Proven track record launching successful native mobile apps
Experience with mobile UX patterns, device & platform constraints
