Tim Towles

Tim Towles has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Tim is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at RapidAI since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens from 2022 to 2023 as a Lead Software Engineer, where they built a hybrid workplace culture facilitation application on Slack using various technologies. Before Siemens, Tim was a Senior Software Engineer / UX Researcher at Autodesk from 2017 to 2021, where they created applications centered around generative algorithms and AI solutions for complicated design and logistical problems. Tim also had experience working at DocuSign as a Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2017. Furthermore, Tim worked at Intuit from 2013 to 2016 as a Software Engineer, where they built web applications for Quickbooks Online and Demandforce, and led the implementation of Demandforce's onboarding flow. Lastly, Tim began their career at AT&T in 2008 as a Web & Native Mobile App Developer / UX Researcher, where they developed native and browser-based mobile applications for yellowpages.com.

Tim Towles attended Cuesta College from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Graphic Communications. Tim did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their college education, Tim obtained certifications in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in July 2022, and in "Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022.
