Zoe Stephenson

Zoe Stephenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of software engineering and application support. Since 2011, Zoe has served as a Senior Field Application Engineer at Rapita Systems, focusing on the management of qualification and assurance activities, as well as providing customer-facing product support through on-site installation, configuration, and training. Prior to this role, Zoe worked as a Research Associate at the University of York from September 2001 to March 2011. Zoe holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, both obtained from the University of York between 1994 and 2002.
