Lita Unruh

Lita Unruh has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Lita is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Manager at RAPT Therapeutics since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior People Business Partner at Christine Mathews Consulting, Inc. from March 2020 to August 2021.

Lita has a strong background in employee relations and talent development. Lita worked as an Employee Relations Partner at Palo Alto Networks from March 2018 to April 2019, where they led internal investigations and provided coaching to managers and employees. Lita started their career at Sun Microsystems in July 2000, where they served in various HR roles, including HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Employee Relations expert. Lita provided strategic counsel to complex client groups and improved management competency through virtual coaching. Lita also worked as an HR Manager at BigVine.com from June 1999 to June 2000, where they established HR processes and procedures.

Throughout their career, Lita has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent development, recruitment, and HR strategy. Lita has operated on both a tactical and strategic level, partnering with leadership teams to drive business growth and provide HR solutions.

Lita Unruh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies/Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. Prior to that, they completed their College/University Preparatory education and obtained a Diploma from Arcadia High School.
