Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at Sony Mobile Communications from April 2014 to April 2020, including Customer Experience Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on enhancing customer experiences, and Strategic Insight Manager, where duties covered web analytics and team management. Richard also contributed as Global Program Manager, successfully growing the Xperia Lounge application’s user base from 2 to 10 million and earning a Sony CEO award for innovation.
